Mariela Arcentales graduated from top U.S. News and World Report-ranked program at New York University.  She has completed her Masters of Science and Occupational Therapy.   Mariela has passionately worked in pediatrics since graduating.  She has experience in early intervention programs, outpatient pediatrics in a sensory gym, aquatics and school-based intervention.  Mariela truly enjoys helping children and their families achieve independence especially in the field of sensory processing.  Mariela brings her creativity to every session.  

She relies on the child’s strengths and her creativeness to engage the child in every session.  She truly believes in the importance of team collaboration and developing strong bonds with the child.  She has completed multiple continuing education courses in sensory processing, social/behavior techniques, DIR/Floortime, reflex integration, interactive metronome and so much more.  She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and exploring nature.
